Alex & Sam Stone

I had the pleasure to team up with Nouille Design again to create bespoke on-the-day stationery for Alex & Sam Stone. Alex is the brains and talent behind the hugely successful food Instagram account Alex's Kitchen Stories, so I knew I would have lots of fun creating watercolour illustrations for their dinner menu.

To create the illustrations for the food menu we took out elements from the entrees and mains to visually depict what was to come next to the beautifully handwritten text by Nouille Design. Alex & Sam also wrote a little personal message to every guest on the back of each menu which was such a sweet idea making the guests feel very loved and special. 

I loved the idea of naming their wedding tables after their favourite places together. This made it lots of fun creating illustrations for each table ranging from Sam's family farm to their Home in the UK. The illustrations were used on their seating plan and placed on each table. This was a great conversation starter for guests and a lovely personal touch. 

& when the sun went down & the dance floor was on, the espresso martinis came out!
